Driving through the beautiful Spanish village of El Chorro on the way to this house I find the area one of the most beautiful I have ever seen.
From the asphalt road there is a dirt track of about 50 meters to the entrance of the plot.

Behind the gate is a large terrace on which you could easily put a swimming pool.
After going over everything with the owners on the terrace we started the tour.

First I walk through a large living room with lots of space and here is a good wood burner that heats the room well during the winter time.

After the living room is a spacious utility/storage room with behind that a small patio with fantastic views. Here you can isolate yourself completely.
There is a small storage on this patio.

Through the living room there is access to the fully equipped large kitchen.
Behind it is a large room which is now used as an office but could certainly be a good sized bedroom.
Then we enter a bathroom with bathtub and a separate bathroom with shower, toilet and a sink.
On the other side of this bathroom is another large bedroom.

Through another passage from the kitchen you also have access to another 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
And an additional small living room/bedroom.

Next to the house is a large garage accessible from the outside which can be converted into a complete apartment.

At the side of the large terrace there is a separate access to an independent apartment which is very privately situated. This apartment also has a roof terrace with beautiful views over the valley.
The apartment itself is not that big but has a spacious bedroom and a good sized bathroom.
A small living room with a hall where a kitchenette can be installed.
Outside there is a breakfast terrace and a bbq area.

Around the house are several terraces and/or possibility to make them.
There is a large chicken ren where you can grab your own fresh eggs in the morning.

The property would certainly be suitable to make a B&B or create 2/3 apartments for rent.

The house needs a little work but definitely recommended for viewing!
